Job Opening: Manager Trainee – Convenience Store Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a driven and dependable Manager Trainee to join our team and learn the ins and outs of running a successful convenience store. This is a hands‑on role designed to prepare you for future leadership, with training in operations, customer service, inventory, and team management. What You’ll Learn & Do As a Manager Trainee, you’ll work closely with Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and District Leaders to gain the skills needed to eventually manage your own store.
