Reimbursement Specialist

Responsibilities Manage the most complex government claims, working them through claim edit work queues. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submission of claims in accordance with payer guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. Analyze payer errors and rejections to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management, or related field (Preferred) 2 years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle or clinic operations role (Required) Epic experience (Required) Three years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle, specific to area of expertise (i.e., transplant, research, or client billing) (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
