To Discover more, please visit our website at L ocation: Phoenix, AZ Employment Type: Full Time Shift - Shift: 1 Monday – Friday Day Shift (5am : 2pm) - Shift: 2 Monday – Friday Day Shift (2pm : 11pm) Responsibilities Maintain and share daily in/out records of battery pack movements Communicateeffectively with clients regarding yard and transportation status Prepare and manage documents such as delivery schedules, inbound/outbound logs, and inventory sheets Use Excel to organize and report logistics data accurately Coordinate closely with internal teams (yard, dispatch, transportation) Assist in resolving customer inquiries or service-related issues in a professional manner Qualifications Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or customer service preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, basic formulas, etc.) Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing roles Highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual (Korean/English) is preferred. The base salary range for this role is between $50,000 - $57,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
