On-Site Service Admin & Data Analyst (Fremont)

Trillium has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator in Fremont, CA! This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking individuals with commercial customer service experience to work as an Administrator within the Industrial Service department. Duties include receiving and rerouting customer requests via email and phone, supporting inventory of required parts and materials, and providing general administrative support for the managers within the branch. Additionally, this role will be responsible for data analysis, including using reporting systems to pull data, sales/service histories, and customer information. Experience with Excel, CRM, and ERP software is preferred. This is an on-site position working in the Fremont office, and the work schedule is Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Salary range is $25-30/hr depending on experience. Full benefits package including insurance, 401K, and paid time off! • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
