Clinical Specialist - Oncology & Infusion Care - (Central Region) Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL or Nashville, TN

Becton Dickinson seeks a Clinical Specialist to support oncology and infusion care operations in Dallas or Chicago. The role implements clinical programs and education initiatives for the Medication Delivery Solutions portfolio, engaging customers through training, product implementation, and conversion management to drive clinical outcomes and retention.
Responsibilities
- Deliver peer-to-peer clinical education and training on hazardous drug safety products to inpatient and outpatient infusion teams
- Support product conversion management, implementation, and customer retention through site visits and follow-up support
- Develop and facilitate regional training classes and assessments aligned with sales strategy
- Collaborate with sales and regional teams on clinical strategy and best practice standardization
- Report activities and regional impact metrics monthly via Salesforce and manage assigned travel budget
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with bachelor's degree (BSN preferred)
- 3–5 years infusion nursing experience including hazardous drug handling
- Knowledge of USP 797, USP 800, and oncology nursing standards
- 3–5 years experience educating healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to travel up to 90% regionally and nationally
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
