Dance Teacher

We are hiring a professional dance instructor to lead private and group dance classes at Fred Astaire Dance Studios. This role involves guiding students of all ages toward their personal dance goals and participating in studio events throughout the week. The position requires a passion for dance, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Dance instructors will adapt lessons to meet different student needs and maintain a high‑energy, fun‑filled work environment. Responsibilities Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week. Help students reach their personal dance goals and support their progress. Attend studio events and performances on evenings and weekends as needed. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere. Requirements Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and 100% passionate about dance. Outstanding customer service skills. Willingness to commit to the work and understand what it takes to be successful. Accountable, unselfish team player. Eager to accept coaching and feedback for improvement. Positive outlook – the cup is always half full. Excellent physical fitness/endurance to perform the role.
