What Are the Topics That Our Software Development Team is Currently Working On: Our team is actively expanding beyond development into understanding user behavior and optimizing our AI tools based on real‑world usage patterns. We’re building comprehensive user research capabilities, developing sophisticated analytics dashboards, and establishing data‑driven feedback loops. These efforts ensure our AI solutions don’t just work technically—they deliver genuine value to users and continuously improve based on actual usage data. By the end of this year, we aim to deliver 2‑3 significant AI use cases with measurable impact, alongside multiple smaller projects. What Does Your Student Journey Look Like: As a Werksstudent, you’ll be at the intersection of cutting‑edge AI technology and user‑centered design. This role offers hands‑on experience with the complete product lifecycle—from user research and data analysis to customer support and product improvement.
