About the Role:

Join The Learning Experience as an Infant Room Teacher, where you will nurture and inspire our youngest learners in a warm and engaging environment. Responsibilities:

Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants.

Implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive and physical development.

Monitor and document children's progress and milestones.

Communicate effectively with parents about their child's daily activities and development.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.

Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.

Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions regularly.

Support children’s emotional and social development through positive interactions.

Requirements:

Must possess a high school diploma; a degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.

Experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is highly desirable.

CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with parents and children.

Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom setting.

Background check clearance as required by state regulations.

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
