**Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Big Sky, Montana - **Shift:** Days only, 5x8s, typically 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch **Position Summary:** - Provide outstanding physical therapy services. - Evaluate patients and establish a comprehensive care plan based on evaluation findings. - Offer health and wellness education to patients and their families. **Minimum Qualifications:** - **Required:** - Bachelor’s Degree - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program - Montana Licensure (Physical Therapist) - American Heart Association BLS certification - Participation in two hours of initial cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education - **Preferred:** - Two (2) years of physical therapy experience **Essential Job Functions:** - Evaluate physical and functional status of patients. - Establish and implement appropriate plan of care within the scope of Physical Therapy Practice. - Document initial evaluations, re-evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries per compliance standards. - Educate patients, families, and caregivers on pain management and safety strategies. - Identify and address patient safety issues to ensure well-being for all involved. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Exhibit sound judgment, patience, and professionalism at all times. - Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sensitivity in all interactions. - Perform effectively in a busy and stressful environment. - Adapt to current and new computer applications and office equipment. - Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Analyze, organize, and prioritize work efficiently under multiple deadlines. **Physical Requirements:** - Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly. - Sit for extended periods while ensuring comfort. - Stand and walk for prolonged durations, maintaining balance and coordination. - Scope to perform climbing, twisting, bending, and reaching tasks occasionally. - Engage in fine-finger movements continuously for typing and handling materials. - Possess close visual acuity for data analysis and documentation. - Navigate exposures to bloodborne pathogens and other healthcare-related substances. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
