What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and HAAS machines with precision
• Work with MasterCAM programs and assist with edits or improvements
• Inspect parts and make real-time adjustments to ensure top quality
• Perform basic machine upkeep and keep your workspace dialed in
• Jump in where needed—assembly, packaging, and general shop support
• Collaborate with a small, experienced team to solve problems and hit goals

What You Bring

• CNC lathe setup and operation experience
• Familiarity with HAAS controls
• Ability to read machining instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Team-first attitude and willingness to stay flexible

Bonus Skills

• MasterCAM experience
• Experience with mills or additional CNC equipment

Schedule & Environment

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (with swing shift flexibility)
• Clean, practical shop using HAAS machines & MasterCAM
• 10-person team with strong communication and teamwork

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
