Job Description The base salary for this position is $24.05 hourly. As our Beach Club Host, you will accommodate and greet our guests with aloha and ensure their seating arrangements are as requested and to the best of our ability.
- Greet and accommodate guests with aloha, ensuring their seating arrangements are as requested.
- Manage beach reservations using software, including upselling halau reservations.
- Answer phones promptly and courteously, and handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Set up floor plans, create guest profiles, and check menus for cleanliness.
- Stock host area supplies and maintain a clean environment.
- Use radio and wirekit for discreet communication with staff.
- Sell beach club retail items when available.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Maintain knowledge of resort facilities and operations.
- Be available for all shifts and hours as required.
- Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- High School education preferred.
- Previous related experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain Tuberculosis clearance.
- CPR and/or first aid certifications preferred.
