Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment. Responsibilities Transport bulk supplies to and from bars and maintain cleanliness of bars. Assists the Bartender in providing friendly, courteous beverage preparation and service in accordance with established procedures. Essential Functions Report to Supervisor on duty for daily assignments Transport and Stock beer, soda, bag ‘n box and bulk items needed at bars and other venues Transport and Stock glassware to bars and other venues Unload items delivered to bars and other venues Clean floors, drains, and mats at bars and other venues Ensure use of correct elevators and delivery routes to designated bars and other venues Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar and other venues Prepare mixes and garnishes - Assist Bartender in preparation of drinks as necessary Maintain knowledge of current hotel activities, beverage outlets and operations Get change for Bartender as required Other job-related duties as assigned Requirements Knowledge of inventory procedures and stocking Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships team members Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English Ability to perform basic math; ability to handle money and make correct change Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, Policies and procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr ViziRecruiter,LLC.
