We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused team member to join our dining team for weekend morning shifts. In this role, you will help create a welcoming guest experience by delivering attentive service, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting smooth front-of-house operations during busy breakfast periods.
Responsibilities- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Deliver menu items in a timely manner while checking in to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with setting up, resetting, and maintaining dining areas before, during, and after service
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and support staff to help ensure smooth service flow
- Handle payments accurately and process transactions in accordance with company procedures
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Support other front-of-house duties as needed during peak periods
- Delivering breakfast to rooms when ordered
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred, but not always required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable availability for weekend morning shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry items throughout a shift
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for order and payment accuracy
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn
