• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering comprehensive information on clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the specific needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Implement effective therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and strategies for progress tracking.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure cohesive care delivery and optimal client outcomes.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans as necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress in adherence to ethical and legal standards, contributing to the continuity of care.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community connections among clients.

As an LCSW at our clinic, you will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and more. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
