Senior Contracts Manager In-House

We are partnering with a publicly traded financial services technology company delivering mission-critical software solutions in a highly regulated environment to add a Senior Contracts Manager to its in-house legal team. This role will work closely with legal, sales, and business stakeholders to support the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, with a focus on complex customer and vendor contracts. This is a hybrid position with a few day per week collaborating with legal and business teams in the office.Basic Requirements for the In-House Commercial Contracts Attorney:Preparing, processing, and negotiating legal terms in vendor agreements, contract amendments, extensions, modifications, and other contractual actions for technology/SaaS and professional services offerings.Building and maintaining contracting playbooks, contract templates, and clause libraries, training materials, and other tools.Partnering with procurement, finance, accounting, security, and compliance on vendor reviews and approvals.Supporting alignment between AI vendor contract risks and the company's internal governance.Position Details of the In-House Senior Contracts Manager:Type of role: In-House Counsel; JD., MBA or BASchedule: Full-timeLocation: Hybrid (Austin, TX)Compensation:Pay: The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000.
