Integrated Marketing Senior Associate At DraftKings, this role focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for Lottery products to drive user acquisition and customer engagement. Responsibilities Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Lottery products, ensuring alignment across Growth, Customer Relationship Management, Creative, and Product teams. Take ownership of assigned initiatives end-to-end, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and driving high-quality execution. Develop clear and actionable marketing and creative briefs to guide campaign development and ensure consistency across channels. Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, issues, and opportunities to improve results. Use data to inform recommendations that optimize campaign performance, including customer acquisition cost efficiency and customer engagement. Support high jackpot and other key marketing moments through coordination, tracking, and execution. Identify opportunities to improve team workflows by simplifying processes and incorporating automation or AI‑driven solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or product marketing within a consumer‑facing or product‑focused environment. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Comfort working with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau and using insights to inform decisions. A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems. Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally. Compensation US base salary range: $70,400.00 USD – $88,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
