About the Role

The Company is in search of a hands-on VP of Sales to spearhead regional growth and lead a small team of Account Executives. The successful candidate will be a player-coach, responsible for expanding market presence, driving revenue through a channel-first sales model, and building a high-performing team within the cybersecurity space. Key responsibilities for this role include leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to exceed revenue and KPI targets, maintaining a strong field presence with customers and channel partners, and ensuring accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene. The VP of Sales will also be expected to execute and reinforce a structured sales methodology and partner cross-functionally with various teams. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of enterprise technology sales experience, with a background in the cybersecurity industry and a proven track record in a 100% channel sales model. The role requires a candidate with strong forecasting, pipeline management, and Salesforce discipline, as well as knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC. Experience in a startup or high-growth company, as well as with specific cybersecurity solutions, is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will have a history of scaling and developing high-performing sales teams and be adept at leading within a diverse and inclusive work environment.
