About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's long-term financial strategy, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and sustainable growth. This role involves providing strategic oversight of finance, accounting, treasury, capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. The successful candidate will also be a key advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and physician ownership on all financial matters, and will lead financial planning initiatives that support the organization's mission and long-term success. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA and/or MBA required. A minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including a previous executive role, is essential. Experience in leading finance and accounting functions within a complex healthcare organization is strongly preferred. The role demands a professional with proven executive leadership, strategic financial planning capabilities, and a strong understanding of healthcare finance, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance. The CFO will also be expected to have exceptional analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, as well as outstanding communication and presentation abilities. A passion for leveraging emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, to enhance financial operations is a key requirement.
