Ultrasound Technologist - Pediatrics/Per Diem

Location: Tacoma, WA 98402 FTE: 0.01 Shift: Variable Schedule: Variable Position Summary The Ultrasound Technologist is an excellent opportunity to join our skilled Imaging/Radiology team. In this role, you will perform diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. You will work with your team to ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for MultiCare patients. Responsibilities Independently perform diagnostic ultrasound exams and therapeutic or interventional ultrasound procedures. Apply independent judgment, initiative, and creative ingenuity toward work solutions. Requirements Graduate or be eligible to graduate within 6 months of a formal ultrasound technology training program. Registered or registry eligible with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or Cardiovascular Credentialing International. If registry pending, complete appropriate registration within 12 months from date of employment. Previous experience as an ultrasonographer preferred. Current BLS required. Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. Pay range is $48.33 - $79.86 USD.
