As a Security Officer Full Time Driving Patrol in Memphis, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a high-energy retail and entertainment location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, guests, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or first responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including entrances, parking areas, activity spaces, and perimeter areas, to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor assigned areas for policy violations, suspicious behavior, and unauthorized access, and document observations and incidents according to post instructions.
• Support crowd management and directional assistance during busy periods, special events, and closing procedures while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
