Hybrid Collections Specialist - AR, Billing & Payments

XPO is seeking a Collections Specialist for a hybrid role in the US. You will handle high-volume accounts, generate and analyze AR reports, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve delinquencies. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is required, with knowledge of Mainframe/Oracle/GetPaid systems beneficial. A strong work ethic and multitasking ability are essential.
