Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN with prior travel experience for a 21-bed unit requiring TN or compact RN license and weekend availability.

Details

• 21-bed ICU unit in a hospital setting
• Patient ratios of 1-2
• Patient population ages 18+ with conditions including ARDS/Pneumonia, Withdrawal, and Cardiogenic Shock
• EMR system: Cerner
• 12-hour night shift, 7p-7a, 36 hours per week
• Weekend shifts required
• Float to Stepdown/ER as needed
• No block schedule offered; must be flexible to meet unit staffing needs
• Unit creates the schedule

Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required

Additional Information

• Navy scrubs required
• No time off approved from 9/19 through 10/17 due to Epic Go Live
• Orientation offered only on 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, and 10/26
• Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
• Radius rule of 75 miles applies for travel rate eligibility
