Joining a thriving/growing primary care medical practice specializing in the care of elderly adults.

Physicians to provide primary care/geriatrics services, including, but not limited to, admissions, assessment and treatment to residents in long term care communities.

These are Monday - Friday day positions, with limited on-call duties. We offer a highly competitive salary and benefit package. The group believes in a work life balance, with a family approach.

The team includes Primary Care/Geriatrics physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners
