Appliance Repair Technician

Mr. Appliance is seeking experienced Appliance Repair Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain home appliances. Your Responsibilities as an Appliance Technician As an Appliance Repair Technician, you are the key component in providing excellent customer service by delivering high‑quality maintenance services for our customers’ appliances. Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment. Provide cost estimates for repairs. Effectively communicate with the customer to ensure they understand the services needed. Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials. Collect payment for work performed. Qualifications and Skills Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver a great customer experience with empathy and clear communication. Getting from Diagnosis to Solution: Explain the issue to the customer and facilitate a quick resolution. Quality of Work: Apply critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to fix the appliance correctly the first time. Efficiency: Manage time effectively to meet all daily customer needs. Punctuality and Reliability: Show up on time and be available for customers. Pride in the Details: Maintain a clean work vehicle and accurate customer information and reports. Ongoing Training: Stay current with new appliances and technology through regular training. Job Requirements High‑school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. At least 2 years of experience in the appliance repair field. Benefits & Pay The pay is based on commission and can result in an hourly range from $15 to $40, depending on experience.
