Job Description Job Description TRC is hiring for a Junior Solderer to join our clients Production Team in Suwanee, GA! Perform detailed hands-on work with circuit boards, electronic components, wires, and soldering equipment. Follow work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards to complete electronic assemblies. Work independently while also collaborating with production leads and team members. What Youll Do Perform soldering on circuit boards, wires, and electronic components Assemble and solder components according to work instructions and specifications Inspect solder joints and circuit boards for quality and accuracy Identify basic soldering defects and workmanship issues Use soldering irons, hand tools, and other production equipment Follow diagrams, work instructions, and established production procedures Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow all safety and quality requirements What Were Looking For Previous hands-on soldering experience required Experience working with circuit boards/PCBs required Familiarity with electronic components and basic electronics assembly Ability to recognize proper solder joints and common soldering defects Comfortable working with small components and detailed assemblies Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, and specifications Dependable and able to work effectively in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent required Apply today!
