$25/hour + commission OR full commission structure

• Hourly + Commission: $25/hour plus $50 per sale
• Full Commission Option: $200–$250 per sale with uncapped earning potential
• Average first-year representatives earn $6,000–$8,000 per month
• Top performers earn significantly more based on output
