It's the creative difference! We are seeking enthusiastic resurfacing technicians to join our team! As one of our resurfacing technicians, you will be responsible for performing a full range of resurfacing and refinishing services for our customers including bathtubs, countertops, and cabinets. Skilled at creative problem-solving and critical analysis A thorough understanding of all aspects of resurfacing with proficiency in refinishing countertops and bathtubs autonomously Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on active listening Eagerness to learn and apply new resurfacing techniques and technologies Friendly demeanor with a positive go-getter personality Self-starter mentality with great time management skills Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability in the field Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting and courteously interacting with a variety of personalities Basic computer and smartphone skills Availability to work all day Monday through Friday with the occasional weekend Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking Ability to perform all necessary physical aspects of the job, including, but not limited to, lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, and carrying at least 60 pounds; standing, kneeling, and crawling for extending periods of time; and working in a variety of environments including from heights and within tight spaces. This also includes the ability to pass pulmonary function, respirator medical clearance, and respirator fit exams annually.
