Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to perform in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's benefits process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct focused physical exams and review electronic medical records. Accurately document exam findings and complete necessary VA forms. Provide medical opinions based on assessment findings. Review and analyze medical records via secure web portals. Qualifications & Skills: Active, unrestricted NP or PA license. Proficient in electronic documentation and web-based tools. Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills. Professional, empathetic demeanor when interacting with Veterans. Key Duties & Conditions: Perform assessments without providing treatment or prescribing medication. Caseload includes 3-5 Veterans daily. Use provided equipment for documentation in an in-person setting. Enjoy a structured schedule with no on-call responsibilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Azza HealthCare Agency
