Job Summary and Responsibilities

Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Group – Caritas Women’s Care’s Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) in Sugar Land provides compassionate OB/GYN care for every stage of a woman’s life. Located on the St. Luke’s Health – Sugar Land Hospital campus, our fully integrated women’s center offers expert OB/GYN care, labor and delivery services, a Level II NICU (partnering with Texas Children’s Hospital) and robotic surgery.

Practice Information:

• Employed position with Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group, a member of CommonSpirit Health

• Flexible Monday through Friday schedule.

• Very manageable call volume, on average about 7 days per month

• Epic EMR

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation package with earning potential up to the 90th percentile! Package includes guaranteed base salary, production and quality incentives, plus sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Job Requirements

• MD or DO

• Active unrestricted Texas license or ability to obtain prior to employment

• Board Eligible or Board Certified

• 1-3 years' experience preferred, but new grads will also be considered

• Ideal candidate would be Caritas trained.

Pay Range

$331,132 - $509,802
