The company is looking for a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join their team, responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various appliances for their clients. The Appliance Repair Technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a range of appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, washing machines, dryers, and various other home appliances. The candidate should have a background in electrical and mechanical engineering and should have strong troubleshooting skills. They should have a keen eye for detail and be able to follow a systematic approach to repair appliances. Responsibilities Troubleshooting and diagnosing a range of home appliances including refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, washing machines, dryers, and other appliances Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and install for appliances according to manufacturer’s specifications Providing accurate quotes and estimates to clients for the repair work required Ordering and sourcing necessary parts for repairs Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and parts used Liaising with clients on a regular basis to keep them informed about the status of repair work Providing recommendations to clients on maintenance of their appliances Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal Requirements High School diploma or GED equivalent General Liability Preferred Minimum of 5+ years of experience in appliance repair Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Living currently in the U.S Benefits Net 7 Pay All cost of MATERIALS covered Flexible Scheduling #J-18808-Ljbffr SSG Appliance Academy
