Business Insights Lead

To support a rapidly scaling commercial team, the full-time remote Business Insights Lead will build reporting infrastructure, develop analytical frameworks, and deliver insights that transform raw data into actionable business decisions. Key responsibilities Develop a trusted reporting system for GTM leaders, providing timely and accurate business performance insights Establish and maintain an external partner reporting program with reliable delivery cadences and consistent data quality Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify performance gaps and actionable growth opportunities across Instacart Business and Health Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or insights, with 2+ years in a B2B or GTM-facing role Proven track record of managing end-to-end reporting programs from data sourcing to stakeholder communication Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one BI/visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Mode) Experience in building and maintaining recurring business-line reports and analytical frameworks at scale Familiarity with sales performance metrics, pipeline tracking, and customer retention frameworks
