A 13-week contract opportunity is available for experienced Pharmacists at a 300-bed children’s hospital located near Pittsburgh, PA. This role offers the chance to support pediatric care with a fast start and a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations.
• Apply pharmacokinetic principles to patient care.
• Collaborate and consult with physicians and nurses regarding medication management.
• Utilize EPIC IT systems for medication and patient data management.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license.
• Hospital experience or completion of a pharmacy residency program.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric pharmacy practices preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts flexibly within the hospital's schedule.

Schedule/Hours:

• Variable shifts to accommodate hospital needs.

Location:

• Pittsburgh, PA (3 positions) at a children’s hospital with approximately 300 beds.
