Medical Marijuana Facility needs certified Armed Security Officer in Parkersburg, WV

PT/Evening Shifts - $19/hr - Weekly pay

As an Armed Security Officer with Genric, you will be responsible for the safety and security of our client's property and personnel, as well as your co-workers.

Front of house armed Security positioned inside dispensary lobby. Will be assisting staff at check-in, verifying patients' credentials and working reception in tandem with client. Monitor front lobby as well as assist in deliveries as necessary. Check ID's and manage line at the front door to assist reception. Patrol inside and outside of facility as needed. Working closely with management and staff to ensure safety of patient, property, staff, and product.

Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess High School diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid Ohio driver's license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
• Completed Weapons Training Class
• Current CCW
• Possess effective written and oral communication skills to accurately maintain completed logs and reports
• Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional manner
• Possess intermediate computer skills
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
• Ability to follow established security protocols, while using initiative and good judgment

Certification Requirements

• CCW
• Weapons Training Class

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
