Registered Nurse - OB/GYN

Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced OB/GYN Registered Nurse for a 13-week night shift assignment. The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care in obstetrics and gynecology, supporting patient needs during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities:

Administer patient care to women in obstetrics and gynecology, including pre- and post-operative care.
Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any complications during shifts.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients on postpartum care, pregnancy, and gynecological health.
Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Possess a minimum of 1 year of OB/GYN nursing experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in obstetric and gynecological patient care.
Ability to work independently during night shift hours.
Be prepared to provide SSN during credentialing.
