MSPs serve as ambassadors of the brand, delivering exceptional service and enhancing the customer experience. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide access upon arrival. Take ownership of the guest experience from start to finish. Develop creative solutions to guest concerns to build loyalty. Apply the "Guest First" philosophy in meeting expectations. Offer concierge and lifestyle recommendations. Provide travel and reservation assistance. Coordinate with food & beverage partners to accommodate guest requests. Maintain a professional and positive attitude. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience servicing premium customers. Experience in airline, lounge, or travel industry (e.g., reservations). Enthusiasm for proactive service solutions. Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude. Professionalism and strong teamwork. Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Creative use of network resources and assistance tools. Proficiency with multiple legacy systems. Adaptability, resilience, and willingness to work flexible hours. Light to moderate lifting as required. Hours of Operation 5:00AM – 10:00PM, Monday–Sunday.
