Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within our organization, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients entering detox programs, using your expertise to develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices and a solution-focused framework.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other effective interventions tailored to each client's preferences and needs.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other legal standards to ensure confidentiality and ethical practice.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, contributing to continuous improvement in therapeutic approaches and quality of care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping mechanisms, and available community resources, fostering a supportive network.

• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment and apply this knowledge to your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients within detoxification programs who are managing a diverse range of mental health challenges. You will play a critical role in helping individuals navigate their recovery journey, providing the psychological support they need to overcome addiction and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in providing psychotherapy services, particularly in substance use treatment.

• Proficiency in delivering solution-focused psychotherapy and understanding of mental health intervention strategies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging clients and their families.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, enabling you to assess client needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with clients in detox settings, familiarity with trauma-informed care principles, and proficiency in telehealth service delivery are highly preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n
