Description Providence is calling for applications for the November 2026 RN Cardiac Cath Fellowship. This RN Fellow program at Providence St Joseph Health provides a guided transition into a new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands‑on learning. Applicants are expected to have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience and a valid Washington Registered Nurse license. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire One year of nursing experience in the new specialty upon hire Preferred Qualifications National Certification in area of specialty upon hire Benefits Competitive salary with potential shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, and bonus opportunities Retirement 401(k) savings plan with employer matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Paid parental leave, vacation, and holidays Voluntary benefits and well‑being resources Pay Range $47.73 - $89.59, based on experience and qualifications.
