- Location: Remote from any US location, EST hours preferred
- Duration: 10/05/2026 - 11/27/2026 (Contract)
- Team: US Corporate Strategy & Ops Global
- Work directly with Sales, Sales Operations and Sales Analytics to provide timely and accurate insights to help manage the team’s selling efforts.
- Provide pipeline forecasting, KPI reporting, and ad hoc retention analysis.
- Collaborate with senior CSM leaders to forecast customer retention, including root cause analysis supported by CRM insights and financial data points.
- Improve reporting workflows through automation or streamlined file structures and share knowledge to facilitate standardization across the organization.
- Perform pipeline forecasting and KPI reporting to support sales management decisions.
- Conduct retention analysis and root cause analysis using CRM and financial data.
- Build and maintain financial models and recommend signals to improve forecast accuracy.
- Automate or streamline reporting workflows and maintain organized file structures.
- Partner with sales managers to analyze forward & backward account performance and communicate findings.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations colleagues to share best practices and standardize processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
- Experience with financial analysis and root cause analysis
- Experience building financial models and recommending signals to improve accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and reference formulas
- 1-3 years' experience with Tableau in a Sales Operations, Finance, or analytical role
- 1-3 years' experience with CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create and maintain cross-functional relationships
- Prior Sales Operations or Sales Analytics experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience collaborating directly with sales managers and senior customer success/CSM leaders
- Experience improving reporting workflows through automation
- Pay Rate: $66.94/hour
