About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Aspire Senior Living Moberly, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our residents. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as provide emotional support and companionship to our residents. This is an excellent Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring residents
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of resident care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices in resident care

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with proper technique and lift equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to caring for residents
