Position Summary:

Anistar is seeking experienced Administrative Assistant for a opportunity, with possibility of permanent placement, working in a large scale, fast paced commercial construction environment. We are looking for individuals who will pay attention to detail and work efficiently under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Detail oriented, strong office suite
• Courteous as they will be answering the phones and directing phone calls for the state.
• General Office responsibilities
• Ordering Office Supplies
• Filing
• Owning the office machines and taking care of toner etc.
• Ordering job equipment daily
• Booking Jobs
• Understanding the legal side to our contracts.
• Minutes for management meetings
• Scheduling events
• Permitting and processing costs
• Travel arrangements
• Training arrangements
• Working with the Sales Team
• Subcontractor and new vendor set up.
• Support of Office Manager and Management team when necessary
