Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility in Pacific, MO, 63069. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for maintaining equipment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with other team members to improve operational efficiency.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
