Wound Care RN Case Manager: Patient Care & Coordination

Sinai Chicago is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Wound Care Center to provide patient care and manage intake and discharge processes. The role involves collaboration with healthcare providers, serving as a Case Manager, and performing hyperbaric therapy duties. The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in Nursing, relevant experience, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
