Production Associate

Georgia-Pacific is now hiring a Production Associate at our Trey corrugated facility in West Chester, Ohio! Starting Pay $22/hr 3rd Shift: $24/hr (including $2/hr shift differential) Shift 3rd Shift (11:00pm - 7:00am) Employees must be available, flexible, and willing to cover other shifts, work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed. Training will be on 1st shift (7:00am - 3:00pm). After completion of training, you will be assigned to 3rd shift. What You Will Do Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets. Monitor and enter data into computer control systems. Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production. Perform basic asset care duties, including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area. Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals. Operate and work around mobile equipment. Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment. Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve hours a day in a loud/noisy, high-volume environment. What Will Put You Ahead Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, military, or similar environment OR completion of post‑high school education in a manufacturing/industrial centered program. Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device. Experience working in the corrugated packaging industry.
