Entry-Level Budtender - Join the JARS Cannabis New River Team!Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and open availability looking for a full-time position? JARS Cannabis is inviting entry-level candidates to join our vibrant team at our New River location. If you have customer service experience from places like Starbucks, Target, or other retail and food service-oriented positions, we're willing to train you on cannabis and provide an exciting opportunity to grow in the industry.PAY: $15.50-16/hour + shared tip poolSCHEDULE: 5 days on, 8-hour shifts with 2 days off. MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY TO WORK ANY OF THE LISTED SHIFTS BELOW:Shifts included: Morning shift 6:30 AM-2:30 PM, Mid shift 11 am-7 pm, Closing shift 2:30 pm-10:30 pm(At El Mirage Thursday-Saturday closing shifts 3:30 pm-12:30 am) Why Join JARS Cannabis:Competitive pay, employee discounts, and opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding company.Be part of a team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.Responsibilities:Provide friendly assistance and recommendations on cannabis products to patients and customers.Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both new and returning clientele.Develop sales and customer service skills with on-the-job training.Ensure cleanliness and organization within the dispensary.Complete tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.Requirements:Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.Open availability: able to work morning and evening shifts and holidays with no restraints on your schedule!Must be able to work a MINIMUM of 30 hours each week.High School Diploma/GED.Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily.Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift.Willingness to learn and self-educate about cannabis trends and products.Team player with strong interpersonal skills.Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.Basic math skills and computer knowledge.Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs.Personal smartphone required.
