Blackrock Strategy, Inc. seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead, develop, and execute HR strategies supporting organizational goals and improving employee experience.
This role oversees HR operations, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance programs, and workforce development. The position is fully on-site at our Huntsville, Alabama office with standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
