By embedding directly with clients, you will translate complex needs into scalable workflows, solve high-ambiguity problems, and ensure the platform successfully manages multi-billion dollar loan portfolios. What You Will Do Lead the successful rollout of an AI-native platform across complex business areas, ensuring deep adoption and long-term organizational value. Act as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders, developing operational and technology solutions to maximize platform utility in regulated environments. Partner cross-functionally with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate ground-level learnings into scalable platform features and workflows. The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in consulting, business operations, or startup leadership with a focus on owning execution and outcomes rather than just advice. Strong technical curiosity and analytical skills, including comfort using or learning tools like SQL and Python to build custom tooling and automation.
