Sr. Maintenance SpecialistSIMOS Solutions is hiring a Sr. Maintenance Specialist! Earn $23.13/hour working Monday thru Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. In this role, you'll lead maintenance operations, support safety initiatives, coordinate preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Candidates should have leadership experience and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Ensure preventive maintenance, work orders, and inventory are managed and documented through FMX. Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and help reduce downtime. Maintain and improve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems while supporting equipment installations and facility projects. Coordinate with production teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement.Associate RequirementsHS Diploma or GED, Background Check, Able to Lift 50 pounds, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old
