Seeking a highly strategic and creatively driven Senior Content Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns for MasterClass launches and cultural moments, focusing on storytelling and audience engagement. Key responsibilities: Lead integrated marketing campaigns from positioning and strategy through execution and reporting Develop go-to-market strategies across various channels, including owned, earned, paid, and social media Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Content, Talent, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of high-impact launches Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, content marketing, or brand marketing with a focus on complex campaigns Proven track record of developing integrated campaigns that drive measurable business impact Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills, with experience in writing campaign narratives and creative briefs Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, particularly with talent and creative teams Demonstrated understanding of culture and audience behavior, with adaptability to emerging technologies
