Job Summary

The Sr. Coordinator, Photography & Content, plays a key role in bringing the Milwaukee Bucks brand to life through compelling visual storytelling. As part of the Creative Team, this position captures the excitement, energy, and emotion of Bucks basketball through photography while creating graphic, video, and digital content that strengthens the Bucks brand and builds meaningful connections with fans.

This role is responsible for developing engaging visual content that helps grow the organization's digital presence, deepen fan affinity, and support key business objectives, including ticket sales, retail, brand awareness, and partnership activation. Working closely with the Creative, Content, Social, Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, and Retail teams, this individual will produce high-quality creative assets that elevate the fan experience, showcase Bucks merchandise, and support organizational priorities year-round.

Primary Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photography at games, practices, community events, partner activations, retail initiatives, and other organizational events that showcase the excitement, energy, and emotion of Bucks basketball.
• Develop compelling, fan-first visual content—including photography, graphics, and short-form video—that strengthens the Bucks brand, grows audience engagement, and supports organizational priorities.
• Create engaging photography, product imagery, and promotional creative that supports the Milwaukee Bucks Pro Shop across digital, social, e-commerce, email, and marketing channels.
• Identify and execute creative storytelling and promotional sales opportunities that keep fans connected to the team, the Pro Shop, and the organization throughout the season and year-round.
• Design creative assets for digital, social, email, web, print, in-arena, and retail applications while maintaining brand consistency and creative excellence.
• Collaborate with Corporate Partnerships to develop and execute branded creative that fulfills sponsorship commitments while authentically integrating partner messaging into the Bucks experience.
• Partner with Creative, Content, Social, Marketing, Retail, Communications, and other internal teams to support integrated campaigns, merchandise launches, key initiatives, and business objectives.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing photo shoots, creative productions, and content capture opportunities featuring players, coaches, alumni, fans, partners, and retail products.
• Manage and organize photography and creative assets, ensuring files are properly edited, archived, tagged, and accessible for future use.
• Monitor emerging trends in photography, design, social media, retail marketing, and digital content, recommending innovative creative approaches that elevate the Bucks brand, merchandise, and fan experience.
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity, collaboration, and execution in a fast-paced professional sports environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design, visual communication, photography, multimedia or related field. 
• 2+ years of professional graphic design, photography or multimedia experience, preferably in sports, entertainment or related industry 
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography and multimedia work, including graphics, animations, digital media, and print collateral 
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, AfterEffects, Premiere).
• Working knowledge of Canon equipment and Photo Mechanic/alternative Digital Asset Management programs
• Display original thinking and creativity and meet challenges with resourcefulness  

• Can balance multiple tasks with high attention to detail 
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. Knowledge of Wrike project management system a plus. 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and various departments 
• Passion for basketball and sports culture as well as lifestyle fashion, with a good understanding of the NBA landscape and the Milwaukee Bucks 
• Applicant must be willing to travel (up to 10%), able to work long, irregular hours (weeknights, weekends, holidays, etc.) and lift up to 50 lbs.
