We have an immediate need to hire skilled Industrial & Commercial Electricians to join our team in the Metro Atlanta area. Responsibilities and Qualifications: Installs and repairs commercial and industrial electrical systems. Interprets blueprints, troubleshoots complex electrical issues, performs preventative maintenance, and installs equipment in accordance with blueprints. Works independently and potentially trains and supervises helpers, ensuring clear communication with other electricians/contractors. Provides detailed documentation and ensures safety and compliance on the jobsite. Has experience in wire pulling, voltage color coding, and panel numbering. Efficient in conduit bending, capable of installing, bending, and running over 100' feet of conduit per day without assistance. Strong understanding of regulatory codes. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, testing devices, and diagnostic equipment. Skilled at crafting material lists for work to be performed. Exhibits strong physical capabilities—including lifting at least 50 lbs., operating machinery, standing for extended periods, and working in confined spaces under varied weather conditions. Possesses problem‑solving and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build exceptional service relationships with supervisors, clients, and other trades. Has 7+ years of practical experience, or a combination of practical experience and classroom instruction, possibly including vocational/trade/technical school or an apprenticeship program such as IEC.
